Raw Closures are custom made. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. We can not expedite closure orders and payments will not be refunded. If you place a order which consists of bundles with a closure or frontal all items will ship together. If you do not want all items ship together please place separate orders.

We only ship products to confirmed addresses. Orders are not processed on weekends or any holidays.
All products ships within 3-5 Business days unless it’s custom order.
Orders received after 1 PM will begin production the next business day. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded for not acknowledging shipping times or once payment is made. We ship Monday - Friday.

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale, in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Failed Delivery/Incorrect Shipping Address
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Shipping address must match billing address. All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. We only ship Monday - Friday.
If we suspect fraud the Customer with a order over $300 will be notified to complete a verification before shipping out their order. This helps reduce Fraudulent activities. Any credit card fraud or theft of our merchandise will be prosecute to the fullest extent of law.
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Please make sure your billing and shipping address matches the card used on file to make your purchase. We only ship merchandise to card holders address associated with the card used for your payment. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
We begin working an order shortly after the order is sold. No refunds or cancelation after 24 hours after your order is placed.
We reserve raw material with certain specifications. When cancellation occur; it is disruptive to the production process.
All of Peerless Extensions are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and Sanitation.
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided.The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before a exchange can be granted. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 48 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
